• For the safety of all clients, work boots or protective shoes must be worn on site.

• Dogs are not allowed to wander the property, they MUST be kept on a leash at all times, except in the training yard.

Group Sessions:

• Introductory Training Session $90 per dog (minimum age is 6 months) Subsequent Group Training Sessions $45 per dog.

• One-on-One Private Bookings: $135 per hour (minimum age 12 months. One customer per booking may bring up to 3 dogs.)

Bookings Criteria:

• Group Sessions are 1 hour long & have up to 3 dogs maximum for each hour.

• We do not train puppies under 6 months of age.

• Puppies aged 6-12 months, please book a Group Session.

• One-on-One Private Bookings are only for dogs over 12 months of age, and after an introductory training session had been completed. One customer per booking may bring up to 3 dogs.

Our Cancellation Process:

• Unfortunately, training sessions are occasionally cancelled due to poor weather and unforeseen issues occurring on the farm.

• Clients affected by cancellations will be notified by email & text message and bookings refunded to the payment method used to book.

• Cancellations will also be posted on Facebook. We advise you to check Facebook & your emails/SMS prior to leaving home.

Cancellation by Clients:

• Clients can reschedule bookings at no cost up to 24 hours prior to the training session by logging to their account on our website.
